Jinsik Bang

I am a first-year Ph.D. student in the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), working in the IMML Lab under the supervision of Prof. Taehwan Kim. I received my B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Tech University of Korea.

My research interests include Embodied AI, Vision-Language Models, Vision-Language Action Models, Multimodal Learning, and Embodied Reasoning. I am particularly interested in developing embodied agents and VLAs that can understand their environments, reason from past experiences, and calibrate the failure actions for long-horizon and generalizable decision-making.
